By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Nerpo, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement and any additional terms or policies referenced in it. If you do not agree, you must not use the app. Your continued use of Nerpo after any update to these terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised agreement.
Nerpo, including its name, logo, software, user interface, design elements, templates, text, graphics, and other content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to the app operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in this agreement, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may use the app only as permitted under this agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Nerpo except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Nerpo. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using Nerpo on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to this agreement.
Subject to your compliance with this agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Nerpo on compatible devices for your own non-commercial travel-planning purposes.
You may not use the app for any commercial service, resale, benchmarking intended to disclose proprietary information, or any use that competes with or interferes with the operation of the app.
You retain ownership of any content you create, enter, upload, or store in Nerpo, including travel names, destinations, notes, packing items, and to-do entries. We do not claim ownership of your user content.
To provide the app’s functions, you grant us a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process your content locally on your device and, where applicable, to transmit only what is necessary to complete a purchase, restore entitlement, or comply with legal requirements. This license exists solely to operate and support the app’s features and ends when the content is removed from the app or your access ends, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Nerpo is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system configuration.
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, with or without notice, including features, templates, content, or support for particular devices or iOS versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of Nerpo.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the app or in-app purchases during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.
Nerpo is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will meet your expectations, that travel lists will be complete or accurate for any specific trip, or that the app will always function without defects, data loss, or interruption.
You agree not to misuse Nerpo. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: using the app for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or abusive purposes; interfering with the app’s operation or security; attempting to bypass access controls; reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software except where permitted by law; using bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tools to access or manipulate the app; introducing malware or harmful code; and uploading or creating content that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
You may not use the app to infringe the rights of others, to violate export, sanctions, consumer protection, privacy, or intellectual property laws, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Nerpo, also known as PackRight / 行囊, is a local travel checklist and trip-planning application designed to help users prepare for travel before departure. The app allows users to create separate trip profiles for each journey, manage packing lists and destination to-do items, and apply built-in templates based on trip type such as business, leisure, outdoor, beach, or city travel.
The service is designed for offline use and stores user data locally on the device using Core Data, with selected preferences stored in UserDefaults. Core features include trip archive management, categorized packing items, quantity tracking, item prioritization, completion progress, destination task lists, drag-and-drop sorting, template libraries, travel statistics, and a departure-day check mode. The app also supports a drawer-based navigation interface, contextual menus for packing items, and a lightweight visual experience centered on colorful travel cards and checklist workflows.
Certain app operations may involve optional in-app purchases and a virtual coin balance. New trip creation consumes coins, and users may be presented with purchase prompts if their balance is insufficient. The app does not require registration accounts and does not depend on camera, photos, notifications, or other nonessential permissions for its primary local checklist functionality.
We may revise this agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we do, we will update the effective date or otherwise provide notice as appropriate.
If you continue using Nerpo after the revised terms become effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the app.
Nerpo may offer in-app purchases and a virtual coin system. Coins are a consumable, non-transferable virtual item used only within the app and have no cash value, no property value, and no outside-the-app redemption value.
Any purchase of coins or other digital items is handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system, if available. All purchases are final to the maximum extent permitted by law and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple’s policies. We do not guarantee that coin bundles, virtual items, or purchase opportunities will remain available indefinitely.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you add to Nerpo, including travel details, notes, item names, and any other information you choose to store. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any activity performed through your copy of the app.
You should back up any important information using methods available on your device, if desired. Because the app is designed for local storage, data loss may occur if you delete the app, reset the device, clear app data, or experience hardware failure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app, in whole or in part, at any time and with or without notice if we believe you have violated this agreement, created risk or legal exposure, or interfered with the app or other users. We may also limit access for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
You may stop using Nerpo at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing access. Sections of this agreement that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the app operator, its affiliates, licensors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of Nerpo, your violation of this agreement, your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party rights, or your violation of any law or regulation.
Any statistics, counts, progress indicators, reminders, template suggestions, completion estimates, or other automatically generated outputs provided by Nerpo are for informational convenience only and may not be complete, current, or accurate. These results are generated based on the data available in the app and may be affected by user input, device settings, or local data conditions.
You are solely responsible for verifying any result before relying on it for travel, packing, scheduling, or other decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for decisions made in reliance on automated results produced by the app.
This agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to it will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Any rights or remedies available to consumers under mandatory law remain unaffected to the extent they cannot legally be waived.
